The two main 123 Swim ABC Programs

123-Swim Program (ages 0-4)

123-Swim is our program specifically tailored for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Focusing on survival swimming techniques ensures that children under age 4 can navigate water environments more safely. The key steps include:
Gentle water acclimation
Supportive head and body movement
Basic orientation and movement training
Progressively learning self-rescue skills
This intensive program features a 1:1 student-to-instructor ratio in focused 15-minute lessons, providing personalized attention that fosters safety, builds confidence, and supports the unique needs of our youngest learners.

Swim-ABC Program (ages 4+)

The Swim‑ABC Program guides children 4 years and older through a clear, step‑by‑step learning path—from basic water confidence to advanced stroke skills and safety mastery. The program includes:
• A‑Levels: Water foundations, early skills, and readiness for independent swimming
• B‑Levels: Building power, form, and consistent technique
• C‑Levels: Developing advanced skills, survival techniques, and open‑water readiness
With small 4:1 class ratios and structured progress checks, children learn essential strokes, safety routines, and real‑world water skills while gaining confidence and strong aquatic ability.
