Common Questions

Enrollment is open year-round! We offer continuous lessons because consistent practice and personalized instruction are key to building strong swimming skills and improving water safety.

To enroll, visit your preferred 123 Swim ABC location through the Our Locations menu, select your class, and complete the enrollment form.

If you have questions or need assistance, contact your local 123 Swim ABC swim school or text us at 321‑677‑2177. We look forward to welcoming you!

We understand that schedules can change. If your child will miss a lesson, please cancel at least 36 hours in advance using our mobile app.

You may reschedule up to six make‑up lessons per year for free while actively enrolled.

That’s perfectly okay; many children do, and our instructors are highly experienced in helping them feel comfortable. Our classes are designed to gently and positively introduce children to the water at their own pace, focusing on trust, fun, and familiarity before working on swimming skills.

Our goal in every lesson is to gradually replace fear with confidence, comfort, and a sense of safety in the water.

We use a monthly billing cycle for our ongoing weekly swim classes. Your monthly tuition is based on the number of lessons scheduled in that month. For example, if your child attends class on Thursdays and there are four Thursdays in a given month, you’ll be billed for four lessons. If there are five Thursdays, you’ll be billed for five lessons.

We bill about a week ahead for the upcoming month. Per‑lesson pricing is always available on your local 123 Swim ABC swim school page.
